Liability Release and Waiver of Claims

I, , acknowledge that horses can be unpredictable animals and fully realize that there are certain physical dangers inherent in riding and handling horses. I understand that neither my actions, nor the actions of any other person or horse can be necessarily controlled by a trainer, and that my safety and that of my horse and property cannot be guaranteed while participating in equestrian sports, including lessons, training sessions, hacking out/trail riding, hunting, hill topping, or any interaction with horses whether mounted or dismounted.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the training program with Pacific Farms, Inc., I hereby fully assume the risks of participation in equestrian sports, and accept full and complete responsibility for the safety of myself, any guest or observers, my horse, and personal property. I hereby give up and waive any claims, whether now existing or arising in the future against Pacific Farms, Inc., or any of their agents and employees as a result of damage or injury or death to myself or my horse, my property, from any case whatsoever while riding in lessons, and while my horse is in training with Pacific Farms, Inc. I further agree to indemnify and hold Pacific Farms, Inc. harmless against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses whatsoever, including costs of defending such claims which might arise from the injury or damage to any other person, their property, or animals as a result of my participation in lessons with or the training of my horse by Pacific Farms, Inc., or while my horse is in the care of Pacific Farms, Inc., or professionals arranged by them, or the agents or employees.

I understand and am aware that my horse(s) is not under 24 hour supervision while under the care and on the premises of Pacific Farms, Inc.

I understand and take full responsibility for the danger or riding in an arena as well as in an open field, public road, or other properties while in the company of a Pacific Farms employee or without.

I agree that the waiver and indemnities contained herein shall be binding on my heirs, successors, legal representatives, and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Pacific Farms, Inc., their agents, employees, heirs, and assigns.

BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I AGREE THAT I HAVE READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO THEM.
