Setting Up Templates

Hosting a horse show series or multiple clinics throughout the season?

Templates are a great way to reuse information you’ve entered, and save time when publishing your next announcement. 

1.) Save the Announcement or Draft as a Template BEFORE you click <Publish> if you want to reuse any of the typed information. 

2) Then go to the <Templates> tabin your Organizer Corner.  to create a draft and publish.  Shortcut: “Templates ⮕ Post ⮕ Publish”

That will show you all your saved templates to-date.

3.) Select the “Post” button to create a Draft for the template you want to use.

⮕ You will see a different form interface appear depending on if you created the template with our Standard form or Custom form.

⮕ Make the edits you need- change the date, activity description, whatever.

4)  Scroll to the very end of the form- after the Payment section and click “Publish“.

Success! You’ll see a popup screen with the sharable link to your activity.
