 Plan Agreement

Upon service activation you hereby provide your consent to become a member of the STRIDER Platform and agree to abide by our Terms of Use ("Terms"). 

By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with the specified terms and conditions outlined for your use of Strider Services, to include our StriderBasic/StriderGold service, our StriderPay payment processing service, and StriderPlus Digital Waiver service.  You acknowledge that your purchase and use of Services & Products from STRIDER is subject to various Terms of Use "Terms", including by not limited to our User Agreement, Copyright Policy, User Privacy Policy, and STRIDER StriderPlus Plan Terms which are available for your review anytime at https://info.striderpro.com/terms.  

  • Copyright protection extends to legal forms and waivers.  With plan activation you expressively agree that AT ALL TIMES it is your responsibility to know who owns the copyright on language or photography you wish to use on Strider services.  We cannot host documents purchased from Equine Legal Solutions as your license does not extend to online use, sorry.
  • The liability protection of any waiver can be meaningless without proper wording and compliance with applicable state law.  If you have any questions about your waiver's completeness or currency, consult with a qualified legal professional.  Strider will make changes after publication as directed, subject to an edit fee.

Full Agreement. This Agreement, which incorporates the Terms referenced above, contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter contained herein. This Agreement, once signed by you, becomes a legally binding contract agreement and may only be changed by mutual agreement of authorized representatives of the parties in writing.There are no representations, agreements, arrangements, or understanding, oral or written, between or among the parties hereto, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, which are not fully expressed herein.  Neither email not text may be used to modify Agreement.  All amendments hereto must be in formal writing and signed by all parties.
