How To Refresh a URL Preview on Facebook
Facebook “crawls” the webpage url you post and returns the image stored on the Strider platform. Sometime if the image size stored is too small, it returns a placeholder image.
Try uploading a picture over 300kb with your activity description. Then use this trick to to get the picture you want:
1.) Click the Down area in the upper right of your post. Select <Refresh share attachment>
2.) The correct image will appear! Click <Save> and post as you want.
