Sometimes you want to see more than the At-A-Glance summary in your Organizer Dashboard.
STRIDER stores all the registration information a rider sends, to include their mailing address, rider/horse experience, emergency contact details, etc.
To create a spreadsheet with all of the data automatically populated, you’ll want to run a report.
Here’s how to access in 3 quick steps:
- Go to your Organizer Corner, “Upcoming Tab”. Find the activity you wish to Organize.
2.) Click the Eye icon next to the registrations form #. That will take you into the registration summary page.
3.) On the registration summary page, click the spreadsheet report name you wish to create. The system will automatically generate it for you.
<LONG> is the most informative report, with all the details.
<SHORT> is great for clinics organization.
<Payment Report> tells you the date that the rider paid, and for what selections. This is particularly good if you have repeated activities hosted at the facility. “Did Jane pay for last month’s Derby or this month’s??”
<WAIT LIST> includes everyone who requested to be waitlisted for activity, along with their contact info.
<EXPORT TO HORSE ORGANIZER> enables you to generate a file 100% compatible with EventEntries Horse Event Organizer scheduling programs. This way you can accept entries in STRIDER, and schedule within EventEntries.
STRIDER allows ANY guest user to enter posted activities, without the hassle of creating a profile first or paying for document storage. By allowing riders to enter your activities on STRIDER, you are more likely to attract a wider audience and get digital documents with entry…ie, complete entries.
