
How to Change or Cancel Your Entry
Making Entry Changes
If you’re a Strider Member, you can make changes to your Rider or Audit Registration online, if the Organizer allows it. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Strider account.
- Click “My Entries” on the left menu
- Look at the icon to the right.
If it has a Edit icon, the Organizer allows entry changes. If it only has a View icon, you’ll need to reach out to the Organizer for changes.
Important : Organizers may have specific policies, including a fee for online changes and/or no refunds, so please check their posted terms carefully before proceeding.

You’re allowed one electronic change per registration (if the Organizer permits it). This can be to:
- The Horse
- The Rider
- The Level/Division
If you need to make more than one round of changes, we recommend you contact the Organizer directly via email.
Multiple changes can disrupt their show scheduling.
Scratching an Entry:
If you need to scratch, click the “X” next to your entry.
Once canceled, both you and the Organizer will receive an email confirmation.
Please note that refunds are handled by the Organizer, not Strider. We don’t hold funds or process refunds.
Important:
Cancellation does not relieve you of any payment obligations.
For example, if you agreed to pay by check on the event day, and you cancel after the Refund Allowed or Closing Date, you are still required to pay.
For Guest Users:
Currently, the Strider system does not support online change requests for Guest Users.
If you were not logged into your STRIDER account, or you made the entry as a Guest Users, please contact the Organizer directly to request changes.
The Organizer can manually make changes to your registration, as needed.
Be sure to provide the email address you used for the registration.
