Run a Payment Report to Verify You Were Paid
Not sure who paid you when for which activity?? Here’s how to sort out.
1. Run a Payment Report inside your Organizer Corner for the activity in question. The platform will download a spreadsheet to your computer with all details.
2. It’ll tell you the exact day/time a rider paid you via StriderPay for a particular activity. Hint: The date/time of registration is date/time of payment.
3. Log into your PayPal Account and check the date in question.
4. With the “Activity” menu feature, scroll through your payments to that registration day/time. (PayPal defaults to showing only the last 30 days.) You’ll see the sender’s name and exact amount sent!
