Introducing #StriderInviteā„¢:

the newest addition to the STRIDERā„¢ suite of Organizer Tools designed to save you time & hassle when organizing Equestrian Activities!

Use #StriderInvite to:

  1. Ā Provide early access registration to your facility’s most loyal riders & clients
  2. Take advantage of the suite of STRIDER’s Organizer Tools for exclusive events your facility is offering
  3. Use StriderPayā„¢ to process registrations for events with limited available ride spaces


Here’s How it Works:

  • Ā When you Create or Edit an Announcement, check the “Entries Accepted by Invitation Only” box in Section 1

  • You will receive a pop-up on your screen clarifying that ONLY riders will require a passcode. Your auditor tickets will remain available for general purchase

  • Set Your Passcode

Remember: Passcode will be case sensitive! So, be sure to specify to your riders if you are using any uppercase characters or symbols

 

Once published, your Activity Details page will look like this:

Note:Ā The invite-only feature will only apply to RIDER registrations. Audit registrations will remain accessible without a passcode.Ā 

Next Steps:Ā  Invite riders to enter: Send an e-blast to your preferred invitees offering them access to the registration page.

Remember: Minimize confusion! Share both the link to your Activity Details page and the invite code you set.

  • Change Your Mind about limiting access to your activity? No problem! You can edit your Announcement at any time through your Organizer’s CornerĀ
