How to Add Your StriderPlus link to other entry services

Every StriderPlus waiver has a unique URL that can be added to the text of rider entry instructions, no matter who you use for digital entries. Yes, it works on STRIDER but it also works everywhere else!

StriderPlus is a stand-alone service.   It works with ANY entry system, ANY discipline, ANY activity you want to host at your venue.

Tip: Whenever possible, you want to encourage riders to sign your waiver before they start their entry to your show.
That way they have the completed PDF in hand to add to their entry.

If your entry provider supports file uploads during the entry process (it should!), then a rider adding the signed waiver to their entry is an easy addition.

Using StriderPlus Links With Online Entry Systems

Not sure where best to put the link?  Reach out to your entry provider and ask!

Keep in mind that as an organizer you don’t always have the latitude to change the fields that display to riders, or ask for a major overhaul of the software.  But there are typically places where you can add custom text that displays to your target audience to include your waiver URL, such as:

-The “Stabling” section on EventEntries
-The “Venue” page on Show Management Solutions
-The “Entries” section on USEventing Omnibus

Regardless of who you use, be sure to have your waiver link there for riders to access!  That way the proper form goes directly to your venue and the rider.

How to Create + Use a QR code for rider access

Grab your cell phone and aim the camera at this QR code code, as it you are trying to take a picture. See how the URL pops up on screen?

Using a QR code is a fast, easy way for riders to access your waiver upon arrival.  Riders hold up their cell phone camera at the code, and the phone “reads” the url, taking them directly to your waiver. No need to type in or text them a link!

You can create QR codes for free using Bit.ly.

Simply print it out and post where riders will naturally see it- on the fenceline, by the mounting bock, or in the tack room.
