E-Waiver Signature Functionality
The rumors are true! We’ve launched a new e-waiver service for our premier partner venues.
Riders & Volunteers can now submit waivers with their phones- in seconds. Yes, an e-signed and legally enforceable copy of your release. Ask a rider competing at MARS GREAT MEADOW INTERNATIONAL 2020 just how easy it was!
No more frustrated show secretaries chasing down entry paperwork, no more riders trailering into your venue without a current waiver on file. With the click of a button, you can save 25-40 hours a month. Register for more details here.
With Regard to Entries… Faster Credit Card Checkout
“Enter » Pay » Ride” remains the Team STRIDER mantra. We’ve been working hard with PayPal to resolve their Machiavellian fraud filter that occasionally blocks your credit card transactions through the STRIDER platform.
It looks like our hard work paid off. Credit card transactions are again flying through the pipeline and activities are filling up fast!
#WFH Tip: Plan a little extra time for your sketchy wi-fi at the barn if you’re going to ride and multi-task. Yes, we absolutely encourage “Work from Horseback” as a WFH option. After submitting payment, hang tight for a few seconds during the redirect back to STRIDER. Be sure to view your STRIDER confirmation code on screen to declare one-handed multi-tasking victory. Without a confirmation code, your entry isn’t complete.

Each activity’s required Releases & Waivers can now be found at the top of their STRIDER full details page. We’ve also added a “COVID-Safe Reminder” to our checkout process to encourage successful form submission.
Coming Soon: Online Board Payments
In September 2020, our Tech Services Team will launch reoccurring board payments for equestrian facilities! That means your boarders and training clients no longer have to pay you with checks each month…and you’ll still get the exact amount you want deposited into your bank account, courtesy of our StriderPay™ service.
