Unlock discounted processing rates and generate additional revenue for your association with our Give-Back Program! Here’s how to get started:

  1. Activate your StriderBasic or StriderGold membership.
  2. Get approved to use StriderPay (takes 5 minutes & it’s free!).
  3. Have a preferred non-profit processing rate automatically apply to all funds your association receives via StriderPay.

It’s as simple as that!

Check If Your Organization Is Enrolled:

  1. Log into PayPal here.
  2. Scroll down and check your account rates – look for rates in the 1.59%-1.99% range. If it shows 3% or higher, contact PayPal at 1-866-745-4021 and press #1 for Merchant Sales.

    When contacting PayPal, say:
    “We’re a non-profit using PayPal to receive funds via Venmo, credit cards, and PayPal on this STRIDER Platform. You have a PayPal Partner brief for STRIDER in your system.  We would like to have our qualified 501c3 processing rate applied to all our transactions. What information do you need from us to apply these rates?”
