Managing Rider Entries & Requests

Here’s some behind the scenes options on how you can easily and quickly manage rider requests and offline payments with STRIDER.  You can:

  • Quickly check funds to date that have processed via StriderPay & deposited into your account
  • See at a glance how many entries you’ve received for each class/selection & whether they are SafeSport current
  • View Rider requests to the Organizer or additional entry info
  • Run reports that download all entry details and allow you to assign ride times
  • Make an entry or part of an entry as “Paid” offline

Recording Offline Payments

Sometimes you want to credit a rider for payment you’ve received outside of Strider.   To do that, you’ll simply mark the checkbox “paid” next to the rider’s name.

If they only paid for part of their entry, click their name and select what parts of the entry you’ll give them credit for.

View Rider Request to Organizer

Often a rider will need to send custom information with their entry. This might be their USPC chaperone, a team name, or who they are trailering with.  It’s easy for them to put on their entry via the “Notes to Organizer” section.  Simply scroll over the notes section to see at glance what the request is.
