Sometimes after you publish you want to make a few tweaks.

To EDIT:
1. Go into your Organizer Corner.  Then click the pencil icon next to the Announcement name you wish to edit.
2. Click inside each section of the form and make the edits you wish.  When you are done, scroll to the bottom of the form and click <UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT>.
3. Wait a minute for the server to refresh, you will see the changes live on the site.

To POSTPONE: 
1.)  Edit the title and add the word”POSTPONED”, republish with update dates. You may also wish to close entries. Simply change the closing date for your activity to do so. 

To CANCEL
1.)  Click the <Cancel Event> link.  This will effectively “scratch” all entries and remove it from the calendar.
2.)  The system will automatically send an email notification to all attendees that the event is cancelled.  To refund their $$, please go here
