Inside Your STRIDER Account:
Go to the Payments tab
Click Connect an Account or Email Invite to Connect Account
Enter the email address linked to the PayPal account
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup

What You’ll Need Before You Start
Having this information ready will make StriderPay approval quick and smooth.
🔐 Login Credentials
Email account login
PayPal account login
Bank account login (PayPal needs a secure funds deposit destination so you don’t have to manually move money)
🏢 Business or Association Details
Type of entity: Non-profit, sole proprietor, LLC, C-Corp, etc.
Legal business name (must match IRS records — not your DBA)
EIN or SSN (must match the legal name)
Names of owners or officers
Identity Verification
Driver’s license and date of birth for the person responsible for the account setup
⚠️ Important Setup Tip
When prompted by PayPal, be sure to enable “Advanced Credit/Debit Card processing.” This is the only way STRIDER can protect you from absorbing merchant fees.
If you see: “We’re reviewing now” that means PayPal needs more info to approve you. ➨ Log into PayPal and check for an account message. Submit the requested info promptly.
