  • Send an invite to someone else to set it up on their account

Either way- once active-you’ll be able to accept rider payments from credit/debit cards, Venmo, or PayPal- all into one easy, convenient location.

How To Get Started: 
Inside your STRIDER account, via the “
Payments” tab: 

1.)  Select “Connect an Account” or “Email Invite to Connect Account” 

2.) Enter the email address on the PayPal account you want to connect to STRIDER.

3.) Follow the pop-up screen prompts to complete.  If you’ve sent an invite, the account holder be emailed a link to connect their PayPal account to Strider. 

➨NOTE: Be sure to allow  “Advanced credit/debit card processing“. That is the only way we can protect you from merchant fees. 

 

Have Ready:

Account Log in details
Have ready the user name + passwords for your email account, your PayPal account, and your bank account. (PayPal must have a place to securely send your $$$.) 

The Business’s or Association’s set-up info
➜The type of business (sole proprietor, non-profit, LLC, C-Corp) & owner names.
➜The EIN/SSN #- it MUST match the business’s/association’s legal name. 
➜The Legal Name of business (NOT what it does business as)
➜Proof of identity for whomever is responsible for account:  driver’s license & DOB

 

Expedite Approval

StriderPay approval is typically instantaneous.  If you see: “We’re reviewing now” that means PayPal needs more info to approve you.

 Log into PayPal and check for an account message. 

Submit the requested info promptly.
