➨Check your email (and spam folders) for a message from PayPal.
➨Log into your PayPal account and respond to their request for additional information.
If neither of the above works, call PayPal at 1-866-745-4021 and press #1 for Merchant Sales. PayPal has a team on standby to help every equestrian venue in North America transition to StriderPay. Say to the rep:
“I would like to connect my PayPal Business Account to the STRIDER platform. You have a PayPal Partner brief in your system for STRIDER. Please pull it up now.
What information do you need from me to approve my account for Advanced Credit/Debit Card processing on STRIDER?”
