The Strider Platform includes a “Invite-Only” feature where you can restrict who’s allowed to enter your activity.
This is often a great way to provide early access registration to your facility’s most loyal riders & clients.
Note:  Your invite-only restriction will only apply to RIDER “Entry Fee” selections.  Any selections that you mark as Audit/Attend fees will remain accessible without a passcode. That;s because the bulk of venues want audits/attendance available to the general public, but often want to limit ride slots.
Here’s How it Works:
- Turn on: When you create or make edits, check the “Entries Accepted by Invitation Only” , set your Passcode, and publish. You’ll see the Register button read “INVITE ONLY”
Remember:Â Passcode will be case sensitive! So, be sure to specify to your riders if you are using any uppercase characters or symbols. - Turn off: Unclick the box & Republish to turn the feature off.
What does Invite Only Limit?
- ONLY riders (people with a horse) will require a passcode.Â
Your auditor/attendee tickets will remain available for general purchase. - Yes, this is a repeat message. Â
Next Steps:Â Invite riders to enter: Send an e-blast to your preferred invitees offering them access to the registration page.
Share both the link to your Activity Details page and the invite code you set. They’ll need to enter it (sample below) to get to your entry form.

Change Your Mind about limiting access?
No problem! You can edit your Announcement at any time through your Organizer’s Corner. Simply click the edit icon, make your changes, then republish.Â
