“When I get a email notification that someone registered, it includes a html link to the documents the rider submitted. But when I click the link, I can’t see the document. Why??”
For security reasons, you have to be logged into your Strider Member account to view documents riders send you.
Option 1.) You can log into info.striderpro.com on your phone and never log out…then every time you click that email link, it will work.
Option 2.) Log into your STRIDER account via your computer. Click the <Organizer’s Corner> tab at the left of your screen. then, select the <View Entries> for the activity you wish to manage.
The documents will be right there next to the rider’s name!
Remember: you can always make changes or add additional documents to a rider’s entry after it has been processed. Here’s how
