How To Schedule Facebook & Instagram Posts

You can easily set up your social media posts well ahead of time to announce, market, remind, and invite riders nationwide to enter your activity.
*Note:  Facebook Business Suite’s post scheduling feature only works on Facebook & Instagram business pages, not personal pages.

Here’s our 3-Step Guide to get it done:

1. )  Copy  your custom STRIDER activity link.

2. )   Open Facebook Business Suite

 

3. ) Click <Create Post> and paste the custom STRIDER link in a post. You’ll see your specific activity preview information automatically appear.  (pick a good photo to show!).

Add any text you’d like. It’s a great time to tag your facility sponsors and partners to give them additional visibility.

Remember, you can now simultaneously schedule for Instagram as well! But Instagram caption links will not be clickable, so, be sure to add a photo to share to Instagram and add the STRIDER link to your profile or simply direct folks to register via striderpro.com so they can easily find your activities.

 

3.) Click the blue arrow next to <Publish> to select your preferred publishing time.

You can review your scheduled posts across both platforms via Facebook Business Suite at any time.
